SCR Patrol is a professional stand-up electric mobility program developed for security, traffic supervision and micromobility control.
The program supports institutional partners in evaluating new operational approaches for micromobility supervision, rapid urban deployment and public safety.
Developed in cooperation with public authorities, SCR Patrol serves as a technology demonstrator for future professional mobility solutions rather than a commercial vehicle.
SCR Patrol
SCR Patrol expands police presence into areas where conventional patrol vehicles are unable to provide effective operational coverage.
SCR Patrol is specifically designed for operational environments where conventional traffic conditions no longer allow efficient use of traditional patrol vehicles. The platform enables officers to maintain mobility, visibility and rapid response in areas that have traditionally been difficult or impossible to patrol using cars or motorcycles.
Its operational concept extends police presence into pedestrian zones, parks, school campuses, children's playgrounds, cycling and recreational trails, public squares, indoor venues and other restricted-access environments where direct interaction, prevention and immediate response are essential.
The platform also supports policing during tourism activities, festivals, sporting events, public demonstrations, mass gatherings and other dynamic urban situations where flexibility, accessibility and continuous operational presence significantly enhance public safety.
FaaS
SCR Fleet as a Service (FaaS) is an innovative operational model developed by Scroller EV to provide specialized SCR Patrol fleets through standardized activation programs.
Instead of purchasing vehicles, organizations activate operational capacity for a defined period, allowing them to increase patrol capabilities quickly, efficiently, and without long-term ownership responsibilities.
Many organizations require additional patrol capacity only during specific periods, such as seasonal operations, public events, tourism peaks, infrastructure projects, or temporary operational demands.
SCR Fleet as a Service provides immediate access to standardized SCR Patrol fleets whenever additional operational capability is required. The program eliminates the need for vehicle ownership while maintaining professional fleet management and operational readiness.
The process has been intentionally designed to be simple.
Select a Fleet Package.
Choose the activation period.
Confirm fleet availability.
Reserve the operational period.
Activate the fleet.
At the end of the agreed activation period, the fleet returns to the FaaS operational network.
